Before registering to ERTS 2018, please read carefully the information below.

Rates

All rates are VAT included.

* Please have your membership number ready when registering on-line.
**Student registration will only be accepted if proof of your student status is emailed to erts2018registration@see.asso.fr

Important: Each presented paper must have at least one author nominative registration attached to it

Registration fees (R01, R02) include :
Access to the conference & exhibition
Proceedings of the conference
Coffee breaks and lunches for 3 days
Welcome reception
Gala dinner

Registration fees (R03) include :
Access to the conference & exhibition
Proceedings of the conference
Coffee breaks and lunches for 3 days
Welcome reception - Gala Dinner is not included in this rate R03.

One day Registration fees (R04) fees include: 
Access to the conference & exhibition of the selected day
Proceedings of the conference
Coffee breaks and lunch of the selected day
Welcome Reception (if required) - Gala Dinner is not included in this rate R04.

AUTHORS Registration policy

Each paper (oral or poster) has to be covered by a paying registration fee (R01, R02, R03 or R04).

Panels : each panel moderator and panelist has to register with a R01 or R04 rate.

Session chairs :  each session chair has to register with a R01 or R04 rate.

Registration & Cancellation policy

Registration by purchase order:

Registration by purchase order is possible for administration representatives.Download the form and send it back together with the purchase order to:

Cancellation:

Written cancellation will be honoured if received by january 1st, 2018.
After this date, all registrations will be considered final and the corresponding fees owing in full.
The organisers cannot take the responsability for cancellations made after this date as reimbursement will not be possible.
