REGULAR PAPER SUBMISSION

  • First step (abstract submission): authors are invited to upload an abstract of their regular paper by June 18th 2017
     Submit a regular paper
    in English, ‘PDF’ format, character size 10, minimum 2 pages, maximum 4 pages, containing:
    • indication of the category (“abstract of regular paper”);
    • name and affiliation of author(s);
    • keywords (in addition to the selection of the relevant conference topics to do on-line at submission);
    • summary of the intended final regular paper, focusing in particular on:
    - positioning with regards to the state of the art,
    - summary of major results.
    The selected regular paper abstracts will be printed and distributed to the Conference participants. Therefore the use of colours in the abstracts is NOT recommended unless readability can be preserved in black-and-white printed form. Abstracts will be first reviewed by at least 3 members of the Programme Committee, and a shepherding process is in place in order to support the preparation of the final regular paper for each selected abstract.
    Second step (final submission): authors of each selected abstract will have to submit, by October 27th 2017, the full paper (maximum 10 pages, character size 10, in English, “PDF” format) to the programme committee member designated as the shepherd for this paper.
    After shepherd agreement, authors shall upload the final version of their regular paper through the on-line submission process by November 24th 2017.
    The proceedings will be published on electronic support (and therefore colours may be used if needed).

SHORT PAPER SUBMISSIOn

  • First step (initial submission): authors are invited to upload their short paper by June 18th 2017
    Submit a short paper
    in English, ‘PDF’ format, character size 10, minimum 2 pages, maximum 4 pages, containing:
    • indication of the category (“short paper”);

    Second step (final submission): authors will have to revise their submission according to program committee feedback and to submit, by November 24th 2017, their full paper (maximum 4 pages, character size 10, in English, “PDF” format). The proceedings will be published on electronic support (and therefore colours may be used if needed).

REGULAR PAPER Oral Presentation

Each accepted regular paper will get a 25’ slot for an oral presentation in English at the Conference (20’ presentation, 5’ questions and answers), by one of its authors who must register and participate to the Conference. The lecture room will be equipped with a video projector and a computer. Prior to each session, speakers will be invited to contact their session chair or Conference organisers so that their presentation slides (in English, “PPT” or “PDF” format) can be compiled on the appropriate computer before their session starts.

SHORT PAPER POSTER PRESENTATION

Each accepted short paper will get a presentation space reserved for one day of the conference, with one of its authors who must register and participate to the Conference. Authors will be invited to contact the poster session chair to hook their poster in the adequate area. The Conference will not print any poster, so authors are in charge to bring and hook theirs posters (A1 format using English language).
